研究目的：

揭示益气通络方改善冠状动脉微血管病变性心绞痛患者心肌灌注及临床疗效，从而建立中西医结合治疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of Yiqi Tongluo Fang on myocardial perfusion and clinical effect in patients with coronary artery microangiopathy angina pectoris, so as to establish the treatment plan of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1) 具有心肌缺血症状，如劳力性或休息性心绞痛； (2) 发作时心电图变化或运动负荷试验阳性； (3) 冠状动脉造影证实未见大于50%的狭窄； (4) D-SPECT评价CFR<2；年龄40-80岁，性别不限； (5) 中医辨证为气虚血瘀证者； (6) 病人及家属愿意合作并经过排除标准后符合者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Have symptoms of myocardial ischemia, such as exertive or resting angina; (2) ECG changes or exercise load test were positive during the attack; (3) No stenosis more than 50% was found by coronary angiography; (4) D-spect evaluation CFR < 2; aged 40-80 years, gender unlimited; (5) The syndrome differentiation of TCM is Qi deficiency and blood stasis. (6) Patients and their families are willing to cooperate and meet the exclusion criteria.

排除标准：

(1) 心功能4级或肺水肿者； (2) 严重脑、肺原发性疾病及肝肾功能不全者； (3) 中药过敏者； (4) 伴发有恶性疾病者； (5) 严重炎性疾病者； (6) 有出血性疾病者； (7) 恶性心律失常； (8) 急性冠脉综合征； (9) 精神病患者； (10) 妊娠或哺乳妇女； (11) 近1个月内参加其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Grade 4 cardiac function or pulmonary edema; (2) Severe primary brain and lung diseases and liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) Allergic to traditional Chinese medicine; (4) Patients with malignant diseases; (5) Severe inflammatory disease; (6) patients with bleeding diseases; (7) malignant arrhythmia; (8) acute coronary syndrome; (9) Mental patients; (10) Pregnant or nursing women; (11) Those who participated in other clinical trials within the past month.
