研究目的：

观察术前2h饮清水联合电针穴位刺激对全身麻醉下行结直肠癌手术患者麻醉诱导前胃窦横截面积、胃内容量及术后胃肠恢复的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of water drinking combined with electroacupuncture acupuncture point stimulation 2h before surgery on the cross-sectional area of gastric antrum, gastric volume before anesthesia induction and postoperative gastrointestinal recovery in patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery under general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁； 2.ASA分级I~III级； 3.全麻下行结直肠癌手术； 4.患者及家属签署知情同意书； 5.接受电针。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18-80 years; 2.ASA classification I~III grade; 3.Colorectal cancer surgery under general anesthesia; 4.Informed consent was signed by the patients and their families; 5.Patients willing to undergo electroacupuncture treatment.

排除标准：

1.心肺功能不全等全身性疾病； 2.针刺部位感染； 3.凝血功能障碍； 4.肠梗阻； 5.胃或食道手术史； 6.上消化道解剖异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Systemic diseases such as cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2.Acupuncture site infection; 3.Coagulation dysfunction; 4.Intestinal obstruction; 5.A history of gastric or esophageal surgery; 6.Anatomical abnormalities of upper digestive tract.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据试验对象的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地录入病例记录表。录入采用相应的数据系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records of the experimental subjects, the data are timely, complete, correct and clear into the case record table.Input using the corresponding data system double machine input, and then compare the database twice.Electronic data files are classified and stored in multiple backups on different disks or recording media for proper storage to prevent damage.
