Objectives of Study：

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）VaD符合1993年NINDS/ AIREN制定的VAD诊断标准中临床很可能（probable）标准［1］；AD 符合国际疾病分类第10版( International Statistical Classification of Diseases，10th Revision，ICD-10)［2］和美国精神障碍诊断和统计手册第四版( Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders，4th Edition，DSM-IV)［3］中 AD 型痴呆诊断标准； （2）简易精神状态评定量表（MMSE）评分≤26分； （3）意识清楚，能配合检查和参与训练者； （4）中医诊断标准；参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则（试行）》[4]中痴呆的辨证； （5）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Vascular dementia complies with the clinical probable criteria in the diagnostic criteria for Vascular dementia formulated by NINDS / AIREN in 1993; Alzheimer disease complies with International Statistical Classification of Diseases10th RevisionICD-10 and the diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer disease type dementia in the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders (4th Edition, DSM-IV); (2) Mini-mental state examination score ≤ 26; (3) Clear consciousness, able to cooperate with the inspection and participate in the training; (4) Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine; Refer to the syndrome differentiation of dementia in the guiding principles for clinical research of new traditional Chinese medicine (Trial) ; (5) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）有其他脑部器质性疾病、抑郁症及精神病； （2）由其他因素引起的认知障碍或痴呆，如脑外伤、帕金森病等； （3）不能配合检查的患者（如中医四诊仪、经络检测仪及神经电生理评估等）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have other brain organic diseases, depression and psychosis; (2) Cognitive impairment or dementia caused by other factors, such as brain injury, Parkinson's disease, etc; (3) Patients who cannot cooperate with the examination (such as four diagnostic instruments of traditional Chinese medicine, meridian detector, neurophysiological evaluation, etc.).
