研究目的：

目前 POCD 的发病机制并未完全阐明，无法进行针对性预防和治疗。因此，本课题拟通过进行分组设计，采用耳穴及多模式镇痛的干预措置，力求明确耳穴压豆及多模式镇痛对于老年手术患者认知功能的影响，从而达到进一步临床推广的目的。

Objectives of Study：

At present, the pathogenesis of POCD has not been fully elucidated, and targeted prevention and treatment cannot be carried out. Therefore, this topic intends to make clear the effects of auricular acupoint pressure and multi-mode analgesia on cognitive function of elderly surgical patients through group design and intervention measures of auricular acupoint and multi-mode analgesia, so as to achieve the purpose of further clinical promotion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①ASA 分级II级~III 级；②年龄≥60 岁；③无凝血功能障碍； ④初次择期行全膝关节置换术、全髋关节置换术；⑤术前 MMSE 评分高于相应文化水平最低值。

Inclusion criteria

①ASA Grade lI to lll; ② Age ≥60 years;③ No coagulation dysfunction; ④Total knee arthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty were performed initially；⑤ The preoperative MMSE score was higher than the lowest value of corresponding educational level.

排除标准：

①术前合并有精神或神经系统疾患； ②有药物依赖史； ③有严重视觉或听觉障碍患者； ④滥用阿片类药物； ⑤未完成随访调查； ⑥无法与进行有效语言沟通； ⑦不能配合评分测定的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Preoperative psychiatric or neurological disorders;② A history of drug dependence; ③ patients with severe visual or hearing impairment; ④Abuse of opioids; ⑤ The follow-up survey was not completed; ⑥ Unable to communicate with effective language; ⑦ Patients who could not cooperate with the score determination.
