研究目的：

通过针刀治疗全膝关节置换术后瘢痕所致疼痛和关节活动障碍的随机对照研究，评价针刀的有效性及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupotomy in the treatment of pain and joint mobility disorders caused by scar after total knee replacement in a randomized controlled study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)年龄40-80岁的男女; (2)符合膝骨性关节炎诊断标准; (3)全膝关节置换术后1~2个月，取线后创面愈合良好，无异常血液渗出; (4)签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) men or women aged 40–80 years; (2) patients met the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis [15]; (3) From 1 to 2 month after total knee arthroplasty, the wound healed well after suture removal, without abnormal ooze of blood or fluid; (4) Signed written informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)术前诊断不是简单的膝关节骨性关节炎，而是合并严重畸形、膝关节周围韧带损伤、肌力异常等疾病; (2)术后瘢痕扩展超出原有损伤范围至周围正常皮肤; (3)凝血障碍; (4)术后诊断为切口浅表组织感染或切口深部组织感染; (5)有严重的身心疾病，不能配合治疗的; (6)近3个月参与其他临床研究人员。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Preoperative diagnosis is not simple knee osteoarthritis, but combined with severe deformity, ligament injury around the knee, muscle strength abnormalities and other diseases; (2) Postoperative scar expands beyond the range of original lesions injured to surrounding normal skin; (3) Coagulation disorders; (4) Postoperative diagnosis is superficial incision tissue infection or deep incision tissue infection; (5) With severe physical and psychological illness that cannot coordinate the treatment; (6) Participation in other clinical researchers in the past 3 months.

盲法：

由于针刀治疗的特殊性，治疗过程中无法对针刀医生及受试者实施盲法。对评价者和统计分析人员设盲。

Blinding：

Because of the particularity of acupotomy therapy, acupotomy doctors and patients cannot be blinded during the treatment. The outcome assessors and statisticians will be blinded to group allocation.
