探究健身气功远程干预对乳腺癌术者术后康复的影响

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of remote intervention of fitness qigong on postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)乳腺癌患者(I-III期)，年龄大于18岁; (2)术后4-18个月完成放疗/化疗的。

Inclusion criteria

(1) breast cancer patients (stage i-iii) older than 18 years old; (2) completed radiotherapy/chemotherapy 4-18 months after surgery.

排除标准：

1.语言障碍或者交际障碍; 2.有严重运动禁忌如：心血管或骨关节问题; 3.有其他重大疾病或者精神疾病; 4.曾接受气功锻炼或其他有计划运动锻炼的; 5.肿瘤复发和转移; 6.自己或在他人帮助下无法使用互联网。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) language barrier or communication barrier; (2) serious exercise taboos, such as cardiovascular or joint problems; (3) having any other serious illness or mental illness; (4) having received qigong exercise or other planned exercise; (5) no tumor recurrence or metastasis; (6) unable to use the Internet by oneself or with the help of others.
