研究目的：

通过《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》（ICD-10）和HAMD抑郁量表(17项)以及结合身体指标（体重、BMI）测量的客观指标评价，研究针刺十三鬼穴治疗抑郁障碍在临床中的有效性，进而形成技术规范推广到临床的应用当中。

Objectives of Study：

Through the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (ICD-10), THE HAMD Depression Scale (17 items) and the objective index evaluation combined with the measurement of body indexes (weight and BMI), the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on thirteen ghosts for the treatment of depressive disorders was studied, and then the technical specifications were formed and promoted to the clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合以上的中、西医诊断标准; ②汉密顿抑郁量表( HAMD)前十七项的评分大于等于十七; ③年龄在20岁 ～ 64 岁之间; ④没有别的精神疾患和药物成瘾性; ⑤各项常规检查基本正常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine; 2. The subjects who scored 17 or more in the first 17 items of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD); 3. Subjects aged between 20 and 64 years; 4. Subjects without other mental disorders or drug addiction; 5. Subjects with normal routine examination.

排除标准：

①痴呆、帕金森、甲减症等具有器质性病变的抑郁综合征; ②由于服用药物引发的抑郁症; ③精神分裂症后产生的抑郁，强迫性神经症、恐怖性神经症、焦虑性神经症、疑病症等神经症，延迟性心因性反应或因家庭变故等产生的极度悲伤。 ④目前怀孕或哺乳； ⑤在试验前6个月接受了针灸治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hypothyroidism, Parkinson's disease, depression and other diseases; 2. Subjects with depression caused by taking drugs; 3. Patients with depression after schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive neurosis, phobic neurosis, anxiety neurosis, hypochondriac neurosis and other neurosis, delayed psychogenic reaction or extreme sadness caused by family changes. 4. Subjects who are currently pregnant or breast-feeding; 5. Patients who received acupuncture treatment 6 months before the trial.
