研究目的：

探索基于祛湿法治疗轻中度活动期UC患者的有效临床方案，为后续的RCT预试验提供前期基础。

Objectives of Study：

To explore an effective clinical scheme based on the treatment of mild to moderate active UC patients by removing dampness, and to provide a preliminary basis for the follow-up RCT pre test.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合西医诊断标准临床诊断及中医湿证诊断的病例； （2）符合溃疡性结肠炎处于轻、中度活动期的标准； （3）签署知情同意书，具有良好的依从性，并且可以对其进行随访； （4）年龄在 18 到 70 岁之间的门诊或者住院的病人； （5）在治疗期间不使用影响疗效评价的药物或其它治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Cases that meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine, clinical diagnosis and TCM dampness syndrome diagnosis; 2. Patients who meet the criteria of ulcerative colitis in mild and moderate active stage; 3. Patients who sign informed consent and have good compliance can be followed up; 4. Outpatients or inpatients aged between 18 and 70 years; 5. Patients who do not use drugs or other treatments that affect the efficacy evaluation during the treatment.

排除标准：

（1）慢性血吸虫病、细菌性痢疾、肠结核等感染性结肠炎及结肠型克罗恩病、放射性肠炎、缺血性肠炎患者。 （2）哺乳期、孕妇以及对本药不耐受的患者； （3）有严重心、肺、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病,精神病患者； （4）有严重并发症如局部狭窄、中毒性巨结肠、肠梗阻、结肠癌、直肠癌、肠穿孔及肛门疾病患者； （5）法律规定的残疾患者（哑，聋，盲，精神障碍，肢体残疾，智力障碍）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Chronic schistosomiasis, bacillary dysentery, intestinal tuberculosis and other infectious colitis and colon Crohn's disease, radiation enteritis and ischemic enteritis; 2. Lactation, pregnant women and patients who are intolerant to the drug; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and psychosis; 4. Patients with serious complications such as local stenosis, toxic megacolon, intestinal obstruction, colon cancer, rectal cancer, intestinal perforation and anal disease; 5. Disabled patients (dumb, deaf, blind, mental disorder, physical disability, mental disorder) as prescribed by law.
