研究目的：

通过前瞻性队列研究，评价SLE中医病证结合方案的临床疗效及安全性；建立SLE生物信息数据库。

Objectives of Study：

The prospective cohort study was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the SLE TCM disease-syndrome combination program and establish SLE biological information database.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 符合2009年SLICC制订的SLE分类标准； 2. 年龄在14周岁至65周岁之间者； 3. 患者知情并同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Conforms to the SLE classification standard formulated by SLICC in 2009; 2. Aged between 14 and 65; 3. The patient was informed and agreed to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1. 终末期肾病、IV级心力衰竭（NYHA分级）、肝衰竭、脓毒症、恶性肿瘤患者； 2. 严重或控制不良的高血压病（SBP≥160mmHg或DBP≥90mmHg）或糖尿病（HbA1c＞8%）患者； 3. 精神分裂症或其他无法不能完全辨认自己行为的精神类疾病患者； 4. 妊娠期或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with end-stage renal disease, grade IV heart failure (NYHA classification), liver failure, sepsis, and malignant tumors; 2. Patients with severe or poorly controlled hypertension (SBP >= 160mmHg or DBP>= 90mmHg) or diabetes (HbA1c> 8%); 3. Schizophrenia or other mental illness patients who cannot fully recognize their behavior; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
