研究目的：

腰椎间盘突出症是常见的导致腰腿痛的常见病因，其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。当前的治疗方法主要分手术和非手术两大类，研究统计首次发病腰椎间盘突出症有超过90%的患者经非手术治疗得到改善，腰方肌位于腰椎横突两侧属于动力性肌肉，对腰椎起到动态静态平衡作用，腰椎两侧腰方肌痉挛劳损会使腰椎两侧平衡失稳导致腰椎椎体载荷不平衡从而椎间盘载力平衡失调致使腰椎间盘的突出，本课题旨在针对腰椎间盘突出症非手术治疗患者应用正骨手法联合针刀松解腰方肌恢复腰椎两侧力学动态与静态平衡治疗腰椎间盘突出症。

Objectives of Study：

Lumbar disc herniation is a common cause of lumbago and leg pain. The main points of two kinds of surgical and non-surgical treatment, research statistics for more than 90% of the patients with first onset of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion by non-surgical treatment improves, waist quadratus in lumbar transverse process belongs to a dynamic muscle on both sides, for the lumbar spine dynamic and static balance effect, strain of lumbar spine on both sides of the waist side muscle spasm can make lumbar instability in lumbar vertebral bodies on both sides of the balance of load imbalance which disc residual balance disorders cause lumbar disc herniation, This project aims to treat lumbar disc herniation with bone-setting manipulation combined with acupotomy to loosen quadrate lumbar muscle and restore dynamic and static balance on both sides of lumbar spine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合以上腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准的患者； （2）年龄18～60岁，性别不限； （3）经 CT、MRI 等检查确诊，急性发作2周以内者； （4）无明显手术指征者； （5）自愿配合本研究治疗方案，签署知情同意书者。 注：必须同时满足以上5条，才能纳入。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients meeting the above diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation; (2) aged from 18 to 60 years old male and female; (3) patients diagnosed with acute attack within 2 weeks after CT and MRI examination; (4) no obvious operation indication; (5) those who voluntarily cooperate with the treatment plan of this study and sign the informed consent. Note: to be included, the above 5 items must be met at the same time.

排除标准：

1.正值妊娠期、哺乳期，或严重心理障碍者； 2.合并腰椎结核、肿瘤、脊髓炎、脊柱畸形等； 3.伴严重心脑血管疾病、血液疾病、急性感染、传染性疾病、肝肾功能不全等。 注：不满足以上任何1条，予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. during pregnancy, lactation, or severe psychological disorder; 2. complicated with lumbar tuberculosis, tumor, myelitis, spinal deformity, etc.; 3. with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood diseases, acute infections, infectious diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.; Note: if any of the above 1 items are not met, they will be excluded.
