研究目的：

（1）评价参附注射液对呼吸机辅助通气脓毒症患者预后的影响。 （2）评价参附注射液对呼吸机辅助通气脓毒症患者治疗的安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and security of combination therapy of Shenfu Injection in critically ill patients receiving mechanical ventilation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）收治于ICU接受机械通气治疗脓毒症患者； （2）机械通气时间> 12h， ICU治疗时间>24h； （3）18岁<年龄<80岁； （4）符合上述观察信息中包含的基本信息和临床资料者，其中一般情况、诊断信息、医嘱记录要求完整。

Inclusion criteria

Adult patients (age >18 years) with septic shock who received mechanical ventilation more than 24 hours after admission from August 2016 to September 2021 were eligible for inclusion. Identification of patients with sepsis was based on the sepsis 3.0.

排除标准：

（1）有神经系统疾病或器质性脑损伤、深度昏迷者； （2）未成年、精神患者、老年痴呆等无民事行为能力者； （3）有认知障碍、听力障碍等因素不能进行沟通者； （4）观察信息中包含的一般情况、诊断信息、医嘱记录信息资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) age<18 or >80 years;(2) confirmed pregnancy;(3) cancer patient;(4) combined with the endocrine system, hematopoietic system and other severe primary diseases.

An independent study coordinator will log onto the central randomization system using a password-protected account. After entering a patient's name and admission number, a randomization sequence will be generated in blocks of varying sizes and stratified by the site under the control of the central co.
