研究目的：

明确宁悦胶囊的临床有效性和安全性，同时评价宁悦胶囊在临床上应用的满意度。

Objectives of Study：

To determine the clinical efficacy and safety of Topia Stress-free Capsule, and evaluate the satisfaction of Topia Stress-free Capsule in clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合抑郁症诊断标准者； 2.年龄≥18岁，性别不限； 3.有治疗需求，自愿参加临床试验，并签订书面受试者知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for depression; 2. Age over 18 years, gender unlimited; 3. Willing to participate in the clinical trial and sign the written subject informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.病情危重、神智不清、试验期间可能出现生命危险者； 2.月经期、孕期、哺乳期者； 3.有其它病变（如损伤、手术、肿瘤）者； 4.有酗酒和吸毒史（试验前6个月内）者； 5.在入选本试验前1个月内使用过其他试验性药物者； 6.不能按时随访者； 7.严重心、肺、肝、肾功能障碍，研究者认为不适合入选者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are seriously ill, delirious, and may be in danger of life during the test; 2. Menstruation, pregnancy and lactation; 3. Other lesions (such as injury, operation, tumor); 4. Have a history of alcohol abuse and drug abuse (within 6 months before the trial); 5. Use of other experimental drugs within 1 month before inclusion in this study; 6. Unable to follow visitors on time; 7. Severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver and kidney, which was considered unsuitable by researchers.
