研究目的：

经中医辨证分型后，通过随机对照临床试验，探究白芍总苷和光动力疗法单独或联合治疗口腔扁平苔藓患者的疗效，优化治疗口腔扁平苔藓的中医适应症；并检测各组患者的组织和血清中吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶表达和活性，分析其与临床疗效的关系，明确治疗相关机制。

Objectives of Study：

After TCM syndrome differentiation, randomized controlled clinical trials will be conducted to explore the efficacy of TGP and PDT alone or in combination in the treatment of oral lichen planus, and optimize the TCM indications for the treatment of oral lichen planus; and detect the tissue and serum indoleamine 2 of each group of patients, The expression and activity of 3-dioxygenase are analyzed, and the relationship between 3-dioxygenase and clinical efficacy is analyzed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）经临床和组织病理学诊断符合口腔扁平苔藓患者； （2）年龄在18-65岁的男性或女性患者； （3）口腔黏膜病损所对应的局部区域内无残根、残冠、锐利牙尖、不良修复体、咬颊唇等自伤行为或其他机械刺激。 （4）愿意参加本试验，并填写知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with oral lichen planus diagnosed clinically and histopathologically; 2. Male or female patients aged 18-65 years; 3. Patients without residual root, residual crown, sharp tooth tip, bad restoration, biting buccal lip and other self injurious behaviors or other mechanical stimulation in the local area corresponding to oral mucosal lesions. 4. Patients who are willing to participate in the trial and fill in the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （2）有严重心、肺、肝、肾等系统性疾病者，肿瘤、精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other systemic diseases, and patients with tumor and mental illness.
