研究目的：

(1) 调查草酸钙结石湿热证患者宏观临床流行病学特征，明确草酸钙结石湿热证病证关系。 (2) 剖析草酸钙结石湿热证肠-肾轴微观分子表型网络，明确草酸钙结石湿热证生物学基础。 (3) 建立草酸钙结石湿热证“宏观-微观”表型网络关联，明确草酸钙结石湿热证的科学内涵。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the macroscopic clinical epidemiological features of calcium oxalate stones patients with damp-heat syndrome, so as to clarify the relation between disease and syndrome towards damp-heat syndrome of calcium oxalate stones. (2) To dissect the microscopic molecular phenotypic network of the gut-kidney axis in calcium oxalate stones patients with damp-heat syndrome, so as to clarify the biological basis towards damp-heat syndrome of calcium oxalate stones. (3) To establish the "macro-micro" phenotypic network of calcium oxalate stones patients with damp-heat syndrome, so as to to clarify the scientific connotation towards damp-heat syndrome of calcium oxalate stones.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

所有受试者应满足： 1.年龄大于或等于18周岁； 2.近阶段饮食结构及生活习惯未发生重大变化； 3.自愿参加研究，配合相关检查、治疗及评定； 4.签署知情同意书。 各组别受试者还应满足： 1.上尿路草酸钙湿热证患者：（1）确诊为上尿路草酸钙结石，按照2019版中国泌尿外科和男科疾病诊断治疗指南标准； （2）中医证候符合湿热证，基于《中药新药临床研究指导原则》诊断。 2.上尿路草酸钙结石非湿热证患者：（1）确诊为上尿路草酸钙结石，按照2019版中国泌尿外科和男科疾病诊断治疗指南标准；（2）中医证候不符合湿热证。 3.健康者：无泌尿系结石病史，影像学检查排除泌尿系结石诊断。

Inclusion criteria

All subjects should meet the following conditions 1. Over 18 years old; 2. Without significant changes in diet and lifestyle habits in the recent period; 3. Subjects who voluntarily participate in the study and cooperate with relevant examination, treatment and evaluation; 4. Subjects who sign informed consent. Subjects in each group should also meet the following conditions 1. Calcium oxalate stones in the upper urinary tract with damp-heat syndrome group: (1) Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of calcium oxalate stones in the upper urinary according to Chinese Urology and Andrology Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines（2019 version）; (2) Patients with TCM syndromes of damp-heat based on Guidelines for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine Drugs 2. Calcium oxalate stones in the upper urinary tract with non-damp-heat syndrome group: (1) Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of calcium oxalate stones in the upper urinary according to Chinese Urology and Andrology Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines（2019 version）; (2) Patients with TCM syndromes not consistent with damp-heat 3. Healthy control group: Subjects had no history of urinary stones and imaging tests exclude the diagnostic criteria of urinary stone.

排除标准：

1.妊娠及哺乳期妇女； 2.严重肝肾疾病（严重肝脏疾病是指肝硬化、门脉高压和静脉曲张的出血，严重肾脏疾病包括透析、肾移植）； 3.合并肿瘤； 4.正在参加其它研究而影响本研究评价者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases (severe liver diseases refer to liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension and variceal bleeding, and severe kidney diseases include dialysis and kidney transplantation); 3. Patients with tumor; 4. Patients who are participating in other studies and affect the evaluator of this study.
