研究目的：

1.本课题在以往研究基础上，对适合保守排石的肾小结石进行物理振动排石，突破了传统被动排石的局限性，增加结石排出率，缩短排石时间，通过进行早期排石，避免该结石的继续生长及并发症的发生，寻找一种更有效、无创、患者接受度高的肾小结石排石方式。 2.本课题研究时间为12个月，通过观测肾结石的自然病程，以及对患者新发现的肾小结石及时排石治疗，制定个体化防治方案，减少结石进展，从而减轻患者和公共卫生的负担。

Objectives of Study：

1. This topic on the basis of previous researches, uses EPVL to treat renal stones suitabled for conservative treatment, breakthroughs the limitation of traditional passive row of stone, increases the passage rates of renal stones and shortens the process. Early therapy can avoid the continuous growth and complications of the stones. A more effective, non-invasive and highly acceptable method for small renal calculies treatment will be found. 2. The research period of this project is 12 months. The natural course of renal stones will be observed, and the newly discovered small renal stones will have timely treated by EPVL. Individualized prevention and treatment programs will be designed to reduce stone progression and thus reduce the burden on patients and public health.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18周岁到65周岁之间（含）者； 2.影像学诊断为肾结石，单颗结石最长径≤6mm； 3.全身一般情况良好，能耐受物理振动排石者； 4.知情同意，志愿受试。获得知情同意书过程应符合GCP规定。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged between 18 and 65 (inclusive); 2.Renal stones diagnosised by Imaging, the maximum diameter of a single stone ≤6mm; 3.The general condition of the whole body is well to withstand EPVL; 4.Informed consent, volunteer subjects.The informed consent process should comply with the GCP.

排除标准：

1.存在尿路梗阻和（或）尿流不畅有关的解剖异常； 2.合并急性泌尿系感染、重度肾积水、妊娠状态等； 3.合并有下腹部及盆腔肿瘤、血管瘤，心脑血管、肝脏、肾脏、骨骼、造血系统等严重原发性疾病凝血功能障碍、病态肥胖(体重指数>35 kg／㎡)，无法耐受物理振动排石治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Anatomic abnormalities associated with urinary obstruction and/or poor urine flow; 2.Acute urinary infection, severe hydronephrosis, pregnancy, etc. 3.Combined with lower abdominal and pelvic tumors,hemangioma.Severe primary diseases in cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, bone and hematopoietic system.Coagulation dysfunction, morbid obesity (body mass index >, 35 kg / ㎡), unable to tolerate EPVL.

在自然排石组基础上，给予物理振动排石3次/周，每次12min，3次为一个疗程，首个疗程结束后1周复查泌尿系B超，根据复查结果可给予第二个疗程。
