研究目的：

（1）探索腕踝针及吴茱萸热熨疗法在改善患者PCNL术后疼痛的有效性。 （2）研究 PCNL 术后应用腕踝针联合吴茱萸热熨与炎症因子的相关性，探讨其改善术后疼痛的作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

(1) to explore the effectiveness of wrist-ankle acupuncture and Evodia rutaecarpa hot ironing therapy in improving pain after PCNL. (2) to study the correlation between wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with hot ironing of Evodia rutaecarpa and inflammatory factors after PCNL, and to explore the mechanism of improving postoperative pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄在18岁～65岁； ②自愿参加本实验，并签署同意书； ③诊断符合肾结石标准； ④行单通道PCNL手术，术后6小时疼痛评分≧3分者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged from 18 to 65 years; 2. voluntarily participated in this experiment and signed the consent form; 3. the diagnosis was in accordance with the standard of renal calculi; 4. single-channel PCNL operation was performed, and the pain score was lower than 3 at 6 hours after operation.

排除标准：

①肾结石合并严重心肺疾病者； ②存在其它部位痛症者； ③神经系统疾病、截瘫、偏瘫者； ④肾结石合并肿瘤或肿瘤手术者； ⑤术前合并严重感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with renal calculi complicated with severe cardiopulmonary diseases; 2. patients with pain in other parts; 3. patients with nervous system diseases, paraplegia and hemiplegia; 4. patients with renal calculi complicated with tumor or tumor operation, 5 patients with severe infection before operation.
