研究目的：

本研究在前期临床研究基础上，通过文献分析、专家论证，结合婴幼儿脾虚泻特点，根据健脾止泻的治疗理论对小儿推拿技术进行改良及优化，形成健脾止泻小儿推拿技术；通过随机、对照研究，评价该项技术对婴幼儿脾虚泻的临床疗效；通过分析经该技术治疗前后患儿肠道菌群的结构和数量的改变，探究健脾止泻小儿推拿技术治疗脾虚泻的作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of the preliminary clinical study, through literature analysis, expert demonstration, combined with the characteristics of spleen deficiency diarrhea in infants, according to the treatment theory of strengthening spleen and stopping diarrhea to improve and optimize the massage technology for children, forming the massage technology of strengthening spleen and stopping diarrhea; The clinical effect of this technique on spleen deficiency diarrhea in infants was evaluated by randomized and controlled study. By analyzing the changes of intestinal microflora structure and quantity before and after treatment with this technique, the mechanism of strengthening spleen and stopping diarrhea in children with massage technology in the treatment of spleen deficiency diarrhea was explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄：≧1个月，≦3岁； ②病程：>2周； ③符合诊断标准: 西医诊断符合诸福棠《实用儿科学》，第八版中小儿迁延性腹泻及慢性腹泻的诊断。中医诊断符合国家中医药管理局1994年发布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》及2008年中华中医药学会儿科分会韩新民、汪受传等制定的《小儿泄泻中医诊疗指南》中有关该证候的标准； ④治疗期间未使用其他治疗药物,若伴有(轻)中度脱水者,同时给予补液、纠酸； ⑤能够坚持治疗并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

① Age: ≧1 month, ≦3 years old; ② Course of disease: >2 weeks; ③ Meet the diagnostic criteria: western medicine diagnosis is in line with zhufutang 《Practical Pediatrics》, the eighth edition of pediatric persistent diarrhea and chronic diarrhea diagnosis. TCM diagnosis conforms to the criteria of TCM Diagnosis and Efficacy standards of TCM Diseases and Syndromes issued by state Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1994 and TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Children with Diarrhea formulated by Han Xinmin, Wang Shouchuan, et al., Pediatrics Branch of China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2008. ④ No other therapeutic drugs were used during the treatment, and if accompanied by (mild) moderate dehydration, fluid rehydration and acid correction should be given at the same time; ⑤ Those who can persist in treatment and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①新生儿、高热、重度脱水、全身中毒症状严重者； ②细菌性痢疾、阿米巴痢疾、伤寒等疾病； ③脐部或周围皮肤有皮疹或皮肤破损者； ④正在使用其他临床试验药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Neonates, high fever, severe dehydration, severe systemic poisoning symptoms; ② Bacterial dysentery, Amebic dysentery, typhoid and other diseases; ③ Skin rash or skin breakage on or around the umbilical region; ④ Are using other drugs in clinical trials.n damage on umbilical cord or surrounding area.
