研究目的：

1.比较艾灸与针刺对腰椎间盘突出症术后综合征的防治效果； 2.为艾灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后症状在临床的推广应用提供客观依据。

Objectives of Study：

1.To compare the effects of moxibustion and acupuncture on postoperative syndrome of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation; 2.To provide objective evidence for clinical popularization and application of moxibustion in treating postoperative symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.所有患者均符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准； 2.腰椎间盘突出症病理学分型：膨出型；突出型；脱出型；游离型； 3.所有患者均满足《腰椎间盘突出症诊疗指南》手术指征； 4.腰椎间盘突出症开放术式者：腰椎间盘置换术、腰椎间盘融合术、标准椎间盘切除术、椎间盘镜下髓核摘除术、显微镜下髓核摘除术； 5.年龄18-70岁，性别不限； 6.患者需知情且同意本次治疗，并在治疗之前，阅读并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.All patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation; 2.Pathological classification of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation: Bulging type; Protruding type; Prolapse type; Free type; 3.All patients meeting the surgical indications in the "diagnosis and treatment guidelines for lumbar disc herniation"; 4.Open operation for lumbar disc herniation: lumbar disc replacement, lumbar disc fusion, standard discectomy, endoscopic discectomy, microscopic resection of nucleus pulposus; 5.Aged18 to 70 years, male or female; 6.The patient must be informed and consent to the treatment, and read and sign the informed consent prior to the treatment.

排除标准：

1.伴有实质器官严重功能障碍性疾病者； 2.脊柱有创伤、感染或恶性疾病的患者； 3.妊娠、哺乳期妇女； 4.精神异常无法治疗者； 5.不明原因的体重减轻、发热； 6.针灸禁忌症：出血和凝血功能障碍（如血友病或晚期肝病）；使用华法林者；局部皮肤感染或局部皮肤烧伤； 7.骨关节合并症或术后需要再次住院的损伤； 8.有精神病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with serious dysfunction of solid organs; 2.Patients with traumatic injuey, infection or malignant disease of the spine; 3.Pregnant and lactating women; 4.Patients with mental abnormalities that unable to complete the treatment; 5.Unexplained weight loss or fever; 6.Contraindications of acupuncture and moxibustion: bleeding and coagulation disorders (e.g. hemophilia or advanced liver disease); Patients using warfarin; Local skin infection or local skin burn; 7.Bone and joint complications or injuries requiring re-hospitalization after surgery; 8.A history of mental illness.

经过筛选合格的105名患者按入院顺序进行编号，使用Excel和SPSS25.0产生随机数字序列，由小到大将其分为常规治疗组、艾灸组、针刺组，每组各35例。

After screening, 105 eligible patients will be numbered according to the order of admission, and random number sequences were generated using Excel and SPSS25.0, on which basis, they will be divided into the conventional treatment group, moxibustion group, acupuncture group and 35 cases in each group.
