研究目的：

研究不同频次耳穴刺络结合贴压治疗寻常型痤疮临床疗效的差别，为临床治疗痤疮提供可靠、准确、合理的治疗方法。 明确寻常型痤疮状态的中医干预方案，逐步形成完善的痤疮状态中医干预方案，为临床提供一种安全、有效、低成本的治疗痤疮的适宜技术。

Objectives of Study：

To study the difference of clinical efficacy of auricular acupoint puncture combined with auricular acne sticking at different frequencies in the treatment of acne vulgaris, so as to provide reliable, accurate and reasonable treatment for acne vulgaris. To clarify the TCM intervention program for acne vulgaris and gradually form a perfect TCM intervention program for acne vulgaris, so as to provide a safe, effective and low-cost appropriate technology for the treatment of acne in clinic.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

耳穴刺络放血：施术者首先观察患者外耳有无红肿及感染，轻搓患者耳廓至充血、发热后，用0.2%碘伏常规消毒外耳皮肤。选择耳尖、耳背络脉和耳垂（面颊区），用一次性使用静脉采血针进行点刺，共挤出3-5 mL血液。 耳穴贴压：主穴选肺、神门、内分泌和肾上腺。肺经风热型加肺、大肠；胃肠湿热型加脾、胃、大肠；痰湿瘀滞型加心、交感；阴虚内热型加交感、心和肾。 以上治疗每周2次，4周为1疗程，共治疗3个疗程。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 符合寻常痤疮的诊断标准； ② GAGS评分为19-38分（中、重度）； ③ 年龄符合15-35岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of acne vulgaris; (2) GAGS score was 19-38 (moderate and severe); (3) The age is 15-35 years old;

排除标准：

① 其他类型痤疮：聚合性痤疮、暴发性痤疮、药物性痤疮、月经前痤疮、化妆品痤疮、职业性痤疮患者； ② 患有其他会影响痤疮严重性的疾病的患者，如多囊卵巢综合征、甲状腺疾病、非典型先天性肾上腺增生患者；或使用其他治疗全身性疾病的药物； ③ 在过去6周内曾使用抗生素进行局部或系统治疗的患者；或在过去9个月内曾使用维甲酸类药物进行系统治疗的患者；或在过去9个月内曾使用类固醇类药物进行系统治疗的患者；或在过去3个月内曾使用过避孕药或抗炎药物者； ④ 目前正合并患有其他会干扰痤疮评价的皮肤病，如玫瑰痤疮、毛囊炎等； ⑤ 患有严重的心、肝、肾脏、造血系统疾病、全身营养状况不良的患者； ⑥ 妊娠或哺乳期妇女； ⑦ 在过去30天内曾用过本研究方案治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other types of acne: aggregate acne, fulminant acne, medicinal acne, premenstrual acne, cosmetic acne, occupational acne; (2) Patients with other diseases that may affect the severity of acne, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid disease, atypical congenital adrenal hyperplasia, or use other drugs to treat systemic diseases; (3) Patients who have used antibiotics for local or systemic treatment in the past six weeks, patients who have used retinoic acid drugs for systematic treatment in the past nine months, patients who have used steroids for systematic treatment in the past nine months, or those who have used contraceptives or anti-inflammatory drugs in the past three months; (4) At present, other skin diseases, such as rosacea and folliculitis, which may interfere with acne evaluation, are being combined. (5) Patients suffering from serious heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases and general malnutrition; (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) Patients who have been treated with this study regimen in the past 30 days.

使用统计软件SPSS19.0编制随机数字表。按照纳入受试者的先后顺序，依次将105例入组患者随机分配至观察组（1周治疗2次）35例、对照1组（1周治疗1次）35例、对照2组（1周治疗3次）35例。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Statistical software SPSS19.0 was used to compile random number table. According to the order of participants, 105 patients were randomly divided into observation group (35 cases treated twice a week), control group (35 cases treated once a week), control group (35 cases treated three times a week).

盲法：

参与本试验的所有患者均不了解所接受治疗的分组情况。实验过程中，采取施术者、病历记录者和统计人员三分离的措施，除施术者外其他人员均不知晓患者的分组情况。

Blinding：

None of the patients who participated in the trial knew about the treatment grouping. In the course of the experiment, the performer and medical record were adopted. The measures of separating the recorder from the statistician are that no one except the operator knows the grouping of the patients.
