研究目的：

验证电针治疗抗精神病药物所致便秘的临床有效性。

Objectives of Study：

The primary aim of the study is to verify the efficacy of electro-acupuncture for treating antipsychotic-related constipation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-65岁； （2）符合DSM-5中关于精神分裂症的诊断标准，且过去3个月内服用抗精神分裂药物； （3）符合抗精神分裂症药物导致便秘的诊断； （4）14天基线期平均每周完全自主排便次数（CSBMs）＜3 次； （5）患者及家属自愿参加，签署知情同意书，并承诺配合随访及相关检查。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age between 18 and 65 years; (2) Meet the DSM-5 diagnosis of schizophrenia and use antipsychotic medicine within the past 3 months; (3) Meet the diagnosis of antipsychotic-related constipation; (4) The average number of complete spontaneous bowel movements (CSBMs) no more than 3 times per week during the 14-day baseline period; (5) Patients and their families participate voluntarily, sign an informed consent form and promise to cooperate with follow-up and related examinations.

排除标准：

（1）近2周内，精神分裂症症状控制不稳定者（由精神科主治以上医生判定）； （2）由抗精神分裂症药物以外的器质性疾病、功能性疾病或其他原因引发的便秘； （3）严重心、脑、肝、肾等功能障碍患者； （4）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； （5）有心脏起搏器，对金属过敏或严重惧怕针刺者； （6）试验前2周内使用药物治疗便秘（应急处理除外）或使用抗胆碱能药物； （7）过去3个月内接受过针刺治疗 （8）同时参与其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with mental instability over the past 2 weeks as indicated by their attending psychiatrist; (2) Constipation caused by organic diseases, functional diseases or other causes other than antipsychotic drugs; (3) Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and other dysfunction; (4) Pregnant and lactating women; (5) Patients with a pacemaker, metal allergy, or severe fear of needles; (6) Patients using drugs to treat constipation (except emergency treatment)or using anticholinergic drugs within 2 weeks before the trial; (7) Patients receiving acupuncture treatment within the past 3 months; (8) Patients participating in other clinical trials.
