以医护人员和医疗单位非医护人员等新型冠状病毒易感人群及高危人群（包括感染流感容易造成严重并发症的人员）为示范，结合地域及时疫特点开展中医药预防新型冠状病毒肺炎临床研究，探索紧急公共卫生状态下中医药的干预模式。

Objectives of Study：

Take the 2019-ncov susceptible groups such as health care workers and non-health care workers in health care settings and high-risk groups, including those who are susceptible to serious complications from influenza infection, as examples, to carry out a clinical study on the prevention of 2019-ncov pneumonia by Chinese medicine, and explore the intervention mode of Chinese medicine in emergency public health situation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

苍术15g，陈皮15g，炙甘草5g，干姜10g，大枣10g，厚朴10g

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

ATRACTYLODES rhizome 15g, pericarpium CITRI reticulatae 15g, prepared Licorice 5G, dried ginger 10g, Jujube 10g, Magnolia Officinalis 10g

纳入标准：

医护人员和医疗单位非医护人员等新型冠状病毒易感人群及高危人群。

Inclusion criteria

Vulnerable and high risk groups such as health care workers and non health care workers in health care settings. 2019-ncov.

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 2.合并有其他重大疾病，如严重心、肺、肝、肾损害者或精神病患者。 如有以上情况者，不宜参加此研究。如故意隐瞒病史、用药史，由此造成的不良后果，研究医院及申办单位将不承担责任。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A pregnant or lactating woman; 2. With other major diseases, such as serious heart, lung, liver, kidney damage or psychiatric patients. Participants should not take part in the study under any of the above circumstances. The Research Hospital and the applicant unit will not bear the responsibility if they intentionally conceal the medical history and medication history.

在混杂较少的情况下，主要采用匹配、分层分析和多变量分析；在混杂较多情况下，采用倾向性评分法（匹配、分层和加权）、工具变量及因果图模型。同时，引入成本效益模型或贝叶斯模型等可进行干预效果的评定。干预后的各种结局发生概率及其影响因素的研究采用传统Logistic 回归、Cox 回归以及列线图（nomogram）以及基于真实世界大数据的统计机器学习的方法来预测干预后转归的发生概率。
