研究目的：

本研究以“脑肠轴”理论为基础，采用腹部百笑灸法灸神阙穴、天枢穴和中脘穴，通过百笑灸的灸疗和磁疗对穴位的良性刺激反馈，刺激大脑功能，以达到温阳、滋阴益气，养血活血以祛瘀、疏通肢体经脉的作用。探讨腹部百笑灸对中风患者下肢痉挛性瘫痪的临床疗效，为防治脑病提供新的思路和措施，同时也丰富中医整体观理论，验证“脑肠轴”理论在中风后下肢痉挛性瘫痪中的作用机制提供科学的临床指导。

Objectives of Study：

This study is based on the theory of "Brain-Gut Axis", using the abdominal moxibustion method of Baixiao moxibustion on Shenqu, Tianshu and Zhonggui acupoints to stimulate brain functions through the positive stimulation feedback of moxibustion and magnetic therapy on the acupoints, so as to warm Yang, nourish Yin and benefit Qi, nourish Blood and activate Blood to remove blood stasis and unblock limb meridians. The clinical efficacy of abdominal moxibustion on spastic paralysis of the lower limbs in stroke patients is explored to provide new ideas and measures for the prevention and treatment of encephalopathy, as well as to enrich the theory of holistic view of Chinese medicine and to verify the mechanism of the "brain-gut axis" theory in spastic paralysis of the lower limbs after stroke to provide scientific clinical guidance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合上述中医、西医诊断标准； （2）年龄在40～80岁； （3）患者意识清楚、生命征平稳，出现瘫痪侧肢体肌张力增高，Ashworth量表评定其肌张力≥Ⅰ级； （4）愿意参加本次试验，能够进行量表评定，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meeting the above diagnostic criteria in Chinese and Western medicine. (2) Age between 40 and 80 years. (3) The patient is conscious, has stable vital signs, presents with increased muscle tone on the paralysed side of the limb, and is assessed on the Ashworth scale as having muscle tone ≥ grade I. (4) Willing to participate in this trial, able to perform the scale assessment and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）非脑梗死引起的痉挛性偏瘫者； （2）病情危重，有继发脑疝、再次脑梗塞者； （3）既往有运动功能障碍，如类风湿性关节炎、神经肌肉病变等对运动功能有直接影响的疾病； （4）存在认知功能障碍，或合并其他严重神经系统并发症的患者； （5）既往或目前有严重心、肝、肾、呼吸、内分泌、免疫、血液等各系统疾病，恶性肿瘤或有精神疾病者； （6）未控制的糖尿病患者，腹部有皮肤病、湿疹、破溃等不适合艾灸者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Persons with spastic hemiparesis not caused by cerebral infarction. (2) Persons in critical condition with secondary cerebral herniation and re-infarction. (3) Those with previous motor dysfunction, such as rheumatoid arthritis, neuromuscular lesions and other conditions that have a direct impact on motor function. (4) Patients with cognitive dysfunction, or a combination of other serious neurological complications. (5) Patients with previous or current severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, respiratory, endocrine, immunological, haematological and other systemic diseases, malignant tumours or those with psychiatric disorders. (6) Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, those with skin disease, eczema or rupture in the abdomen who are not suitable for moxibustion.
