研究目的：

1.采用超声可视化技术总结相关特定穴“得气”时针尖所处位置的解剖结构及镜下声像特点，得出具体的针刺“得气”时相关客观参数； 2.通过超声、经颅多普勒、红外成像等技术手段，观察超声可视化下针刺“得气”时，针刺干预特定穴产生的临床疗效； 3.基于以上超声可视化与针刺标准化，总结形成具体的针刺技术标准化方案，提高临床针刺安全性和疗效稳定性，并将方案推广应用。

Objectives of Study：

1. Use ultrasound visualization technology to summarize the anatomical structure of the position of the needle tip and the characteristics of the sound image under the microscope when the specific acupuncture point "Deqi" is used, and obtain specific objective parameters related to the "Deqi" acupuncture; 2. Observe the clinical effects of acupuncture intervention on specific points when acupuncture "deqi" under ultrasound visualization through technical means such as ultrasound, transcranial Doppler, and infrared imaging; 3. Based on the above ultrasound visualization and standardization of acupuncture, summarize and form a specific standardization plan for acupuncture technology, improve the safety and efficacy of clinical acupuncture, and promote the application of the plan.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）临床诊断与椎动脉型颈椎病、肩关节周围炎、急性腰扭伤诊断标准相符合的患者； （2）年龄35-60岁，性别不限； （3）CSA患者如果经保守治疗，需进行5天洗脱期； （4）急性腰扭伤患者需为首次发病且病程<5天； （5）肩周炎患者主动或被动活动受限，病程6周-3月； （5）进入研究之前6个月内未参加其他研究者； （7）自愿参加，了解并签署知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients whose clinical diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis, periarthritis, and acute lumbar sprain; (2) 35-60 years old, no gender limit; (3) If CSA patients undergo conservative treatment, a 5-day washout period is required; (4) Patients with acute lumbar sprain must have the first onset and the course of disease is less than 5 days; (5) The active or passive movement of patients with frozen shoulder is restricted, and the course of disease is 6 weeks to 6 months; (6) Those who have not participated in other studies within 3 months before entering the study; (7) Patients who participate voluntarily, understand and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）具有血液、感染及严重骨质疏松类疾病者； （2）具有严重心、肺、脑等严重基础疾病者； （3）确诊过精神类疾患的疾病患者； （4）近期备孕或处于妊娠、哺乳期的患者； （5）需排除颈、腰、肩等部位外伤骨折、手术、肿瘤等疾病史； （6）排除使用非甾体类抗炎药或止痛药患者； （7）肩周炎患者需排除脱臼、肩袖撕裂者；上神经卡压综合征、肩-手综合征、胸廓出口综合征、臂丛神经炎等周围神经疾病引起肩痛者； （8）相关影像学显示不符合纳入标准者； （9）拒绝接受超声引导下针刺患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who with blood, infection and severe osteoporosis diseases; (2) Those who have serious basic diseases such as heart, lung, and brain; (3) Patients who have been diagnosed with mental illness; (4) Patients who have recently become pregnant or are pregnant or breastfeeding; (5) The history of trauma, fracture, surgery, tumor and other diseases of the neck, waist, shoulder and other parts should be excluded; (6) Exclude patients who use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or analgesics; (7) Patients with frozen shoulder should exclude dislocations and rotator cuff tears; superior nerve compression syndrome, shoulder-hand syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, brachial plexus neuritis and other peripheral nerve diseases that cause shoulder pain; (8) Those whose relevant imaging studies do not meet the inclusion criteria; (9) Patients who refuse to accept ultrasound-guided acupuncture.
