研究目的：

1.研究穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩技术影响胶囊内镜患者消化道转运时间的有效性、安全性。 2.通过穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩技术干预方法来促进胶囊内镜消化道转运，并进行临床疗效的观察，通过相关指标对两组患者的疗效进行反映并对两组的结果加以对照、分析，为提高胶囊内镜使用效率提供理论依据。 3.研究其对胶囊内镜检查效果的规律性，制定中医护理操作规范，并推广应用。

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the effect and safety of acupoint application combined with acupoint massage on gastrointestinal transit time of capsule endoscopy patients. 2. The intervention method of acupoint sticking combined with acupoint massage technology was used to promote digestive tract transport of capsule endoscopy, and the clinical efficacy was observed. The efficacy of the two groups of patients was reflected through relevant indicators, and the results of the two groups were compared and analyzed, providing a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of capsule endoscopy. 3. To study the regularity of the effect of capsule endoscopy, formulate the nursing operation standard of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine, and promote its application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）男女不限，年龄18-75岁； （2）长期服用NSAIDs类药物； （3）不明原因腹痛、消化道出血、贫血等； （4）无临床症状体检者； （5）检查前未服用促胃肠动力药； （6）签署知情同意并自愿参加试验。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Men and women, aged 18-75; (2) Long-term use of NSAIDs; (3) Unexplained abdominal pain, gastrointestinal bleeding, anemia, etc.; (4) persons who have no clinical symptoms; (5) Did not take gastrointestinal motility drugs before examination; (6) Sign informed consent and participate in the test voluntarily.

排除标准：

（1）怀疑或证实有消化道狭窄、肠梗阻、消化道穿孔； （2）安置有心脏起搏器； （3）有吞咽困难者； （4）对高分子材料过敏者； （5）检查前3天服用影响胃肠动力的药物及刺激性食物者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suspected or confirmed digestive tract stenosis, intestinal obstruction, perforation of the digestive tract; (2) A pacemaker is installed; (3) Having dysphagia; (4) Allergic to polymer materials; (5) Those who take drugs or stimulating foods affecting gastrointestinal motility 3 days before the examination.

将入组的120例胶囊内镜检查的患者随机分为4组，各30例。按各组病例均等情况，生成随机数字表并制作随机卡片，制成随机卡装信封密封备用，随机方案采用不透光信封密闭，交由专人管理。合格受试者按进入临床的先后顺序入组，拆开号码相同的信封，按信封内卡片规定的分组并由相对固定的专科护理人员进行规范护理。试验统计与分析为另一试验人员（其不知道分组情况）。
