研究目的：

本研究旨在阐明穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆、中药足浴和情志疏导的中医综合护理干预对肺癌化疗患者的癌因性疲乏、负性情绪、睡眠状况和生活质量的影响，提升患者化疗期间的生存质量。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects of acupoint sticking, auricular pressure beans, traditional Chinese medicine foot baths and emotional alleviation on the effects of TCM comprehensive nursing intervention on cancer-related fatigue, negative emotions, sleep status and quality of life in patients undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer, and to improve the quality of life during patients' chemotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合上述肺癌西医和中医诊断标准；②正在接受化疗的住院患者，化疗方案符合上述标准。③符合上述 CRF诊断标准。④年龄 18-75 岁。⑤卡氏功能状态评分≥80 分。⑥Piper 疲乏修订量表评分＞3 分，即中、重度疲乏。⑦预计存活时间≥3 个月。⑧神志清楚，经知情同意并签署知情同意书，自愿加入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for lung cancer; ② For hospitalized patients undergoing chemotherapy, the chemotherapy regimen meets the above-mentioned criteria; ③ Meet the above CRF diagnostic criteria; ④Age 18-75 years old; ⑤ Karnofsky functional status score ≥ 80 points; ⑥Piper fatigue revised scale score> 3 points, that is, moderate to severe fatigue; ⑦ Expected survival time ≥ 3 months; ⑧ Consciously, after informed consent and signing the informed consent form, they voluntarily joined the study.

排除标准：

①转移性肺癌患者；②合并心、肝、肾、造血、内分泌系统等严重疾病患者；③中度以上贫血（血红蛋白＜90g/L）的患者；④数字疼痛分级法评分＞3 分，即中、重度疼痛患者；⑤正在接受影响 CRF 症状的其他干预的患者；⑥近期内有抗疲劳、抗焦虑、抗抑郁、促进睡眠药物摄入史；⑦依从性差及不配合调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with metastatic lung cancer; ② Patients with serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic, and endocrine system; ③ Patients with moderate or higher anemia (hemoglobin <90g/L); ④Patients with severe pain; ⑤ Patients who are receiving other interventions that affect CRF symptoms; ⑥ Those who have a recent history of taking anti-fatigue, anti-anxiety, anti-depression, and sleep-promoting drugs; ⑦ Those who have poor compliance and do not cooperate with the investigator.
