研究目的：

通过比较目标导向液体复苏与床旁超声指导下液体复苏时脓毒症休克患者的有关血流动力学参数等指标，以期评价床旁超声在脓毒症休克患者液体复苏中的应用价值。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the hemodynamic parameters of patients with septic shock during fluid resuscitation guided by target-directed fluid resuscitation and bedside ultrasound, in order to evaluate the value of bedside ultrasound in fluid resuscitation in patients with septic shock.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

因脓毒症休克收住南京中医药大学附属医院重症医学科的患者。诊断标准参照脓毒症及脓毒症休克指南，无论患者脓毒症休克病因及是否需要机械通气支持。

Inclusion criteria

Patients admitted to the Department of Critical Care Medicine of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine due to septic shock, regardless of the cause of septic shock and whether requiring mechanical ventilation.

排除标准：

年龄<18岁或>90岁；合并存在心源性或低血容量休克； 代谢性酸中毒； 住院时间<24h患者；妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；严重的慢性疾病终末期；由于智力或行为障碍不能给予充分知情同意或委托授权人拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Aged <18 years or >90 years; combined with cardiogenic or hypovolemic shock; metabolic acidosis; hospitalization time <24h; pregnant, lactating women; end stage of chronic disease; due to intellectual or behavioral disorders failure to give sufficient informed consent or to authorize the donor to refuse to participate in the study.
