研究目的：

评价调经促孕针法治疗早发性卵巢功能不全患者卵巢功能的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the efficacy and safety of regulating menstruation and promoting pregnancy acupuncture in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

根据2016 年“ESHRE Guideline: management of women with premature ovarian insufficiency”标准诊断POI： ①18 岁<年龄<40 岁； ②月经稀发或闭经至少4 个月； ③两次测量（月经周期的第2-4 天检测，至少间隔4 周以上）FSH>25 IU/L。

Inclusion criteria

Diagnosis of premature ovarian dysfunction according to 2016 criteria of ESHRE Guideline: management of women with premature ovarian insufficiency 1. Aged 18 to 40 years old; 2. Menstruation rare or amenorrhea at least 4 months; 3. Two measurements (the second to fourth day of menstrual cycle, at least more than 4 weeks interval) FSH > 25 IU / L.

排除标准：

①先天性生殖器官发育异常，或子宫、双侧卵巢或双侧输卵管切除患者； ②多囊卵巢综合征、高催乳素血症、高雄激素血症者、甲状腺功能减退、慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退等内分泌疾病影响排卵者； ③合并严重心脑血管、肝、肾、恶性肿瘤、造血系统及精神疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with congenital reproductive organ dysplasia, or hysterectomy, bilateral ovariectomy or bilateral salpingectomy; 2. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia, hypothyroidism, chronic adrenocortical hypofunction and other endocrine diseases affecting ovulation; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, malignant tumor, hematopoietic system and mental disease.
