研究目的：

对胸外科老年肺癌患者在行胸腔镜肺叶切除术时，针药复合快通道麻醉对胸外科手术老年患者快速康复的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate effects of acupuncture combined with opioid-sparing fast-track anaesthesia on postoperative recovery in eldly thoracic surgical patients: a randomized, controlled trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）美国麻醉医师协会健康分级 ASA I-Ⅲ级，年龄65~80岁，男女不限； 2）拟行择期胸腔镜肺叶、解剖性肺切除手术； 3）能够理解并完成自我评估的患者； 4）签署知情同意书； 5）术后进入麻醉后苏醒室。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA I-III级, Aged 65-80 years, irrespective of gender; 2. scheduled to receive lobectomy or segmentectomy in vedio-thoracoscopic surgery; 3. written consent signed; 4. immediately tranferred to PACU after surgery.

排除标准：

1) 术前存在慢性疼痛并长期服用阿片类药物的患者； 2）术前活动障碍，不能生活自理； 3）凝血功能障碍； 4）合并神经系统疾病、严重心血管合并症； 5）术前肺功能差，低氧血症 PaO2＜60mmHg，或高二氧化碳血症 PaCO2＞50mmHg； 6）肺部疾病复杂，预期手术时间超过4小时或者预期大出血； 7）文盲，不能理解或交流。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Chronic opioid abuse; disability; 2. Severe clinically cardio-vascular diseases; 3. Illiterate patients; 4. with coagulation difficulties; 5. with poor lung funtion preoperatively; 6. expected complicated surgery or expected surgical duration more than 4 hours or expected large hemmorage.
