研究目的：

建立老年人中医体质和健康状态分类辨识方法，形成老年人心身健康测评技术体系，明确表征老年人心身健康状态的宏观、中观、微观指标参数。

Objectives of Study：

Establish the classification and identification method of TCM physique and health status of the elderly, form the psychosomatic health evaluation technical system of the elderly, and clarify the macro, meso and micro index parameters representing the psychosomatic health status of the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 符合亚健康人、健康人以及疾病中任一种的诊断标准（说明：疾病人群：选择高血压病、糖尿病、冠心病、痴呆、抑郁症等老年人常见疾病。亚健康人群：选择高血压前期、糖尿病前期、轻度认知障碍、阈值下抑郁等常见老年不良心身健康。健康人群：排除疾病和亚健康状态的人群，即为健康人群。）。 2. 性别不限，年龄在60周岁及以上。 3. 受试者知情，自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. It should meet the diagnostic criteria of people in suboptimal health status, good health or disease status. Disease status should choose common diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, dementia, depression and so on. Suboptimal health status should choose the common unhealthy mental and physical health of the elderly, such as pre-hypertension, pre-diabetes, mild cognitive impairment, threshold depression, etc. healthy People in good health should choose those who exclude disease and suboptimal health status; 2. There is no limit on gender, and the age is 60 years old and above; 3. The subjects were informed and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 有严重不良生活方式者； 2. 近期内（4周内）有各种感染者； 3. 正在参加其他药物临床试验的受试者； 4. 研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床实验者； 5. 有家族遗传性疾病者； 6. 在采样前两月内均服用(或使用)抗生素或者微生态调节剂。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Living with a serious adverse lifestyle; 2. With any infection in recent four weeks; 3. Subjects who are taking part in other drugs clinical trials; 4. Volunteers whom researchers believe not suitable for the clinical trail with other reasons; 5. Hereditary disease; 6. Use of antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, or synbiotics in two months before collection of the fecal sample.
