研究目的：

通过临床随机对照试验研究，评价中医揿针联合耳穴压豆技术对防控儿童青少年近视进展的有效性，制定揿针联合耳穴压豆中医适宜技术操作规范标准，形成有效、可推广的适宜技术诊疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine pressing acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean technique in preventing and controlling the progression of myopia in children and adolescents through a clinical randomized controlled trial, formulate the appropriate technical operation standard of traditional Chinese medicine for pressing acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint pressing and bean pressing, and form an effective and popularized appropriate technical diagnosis and treatment plan.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.等效球镜度数≥-3.00D； 2.年龄7-14岁； 3.散光度数＜1.5D； 4.同意参加试验，并由法定监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Equivalent spherical lens degree >=-3.00D; 2. Aged 7-14 years; 3. Astigmatism <1.5D; 4. Agree to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form by the legal guardian.

排除标准：

1.影响视力的眼部疾病； 2.严重的全身疾病； 3.斜视与弱视患者； 4.父母有一方或双方，单眼或双眼有高度近视（等效球镜＜-6.00DS）者； 5.正在参与其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Eye diseases that affect vision; 2. Serious systemic disease; 3. Strabismus and amblyopia patients; 4. One or both parents have high myopia in one or both eyes (equivalent spherical lens <-6.00DS); 5. Be participating in other research.

采用完全随机设计试验。根据病例收集标准，对于筛选合格的患者，再按照随机结果分配治疗方案。 分组方法（各参加单位）： A.取自然数字1、2、3、4、5、6…46作为患者来诊序号。 B.通过随机数字表将所得之两位数随机数字，按来诊序号排列。 C.按随机数字大小排列，所得前一半数字列为治疗组，后一半随机数所对应的来诊患者列为对照组，整个过程受试者的初始编号始终不变。
