Objectives of Study：

To Study the Effect of Shenfu Injection on Antishock and Postoperative Cognitive Impair in Patients with Hemorrhagic Shock

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、自愿签署知情同意书； 2、年龄18-80岁； 3、股骨干骨折切开复位患者； 4、腰硬联合麻醉；

Inclusion criteria

1, voluntary signed informed consent; 2, Age 18-80 years; 3, femoral Shaft Fracture Open Reduction Patients; 4, Combined spinal-epidural Anesthesia;

排除标准：

1、严重心肺功能低下者； 2、意识障碍或依从性不好，无法配合完成研究者； 3、ASA 4级以上者； 4、患者1个月内正在参加其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe Cardiopulmonary Dysfunction; 2. Disturbance of consciousness or poor compliance with the completion of the study; 3. ASA Level 4 or above; 4. The patient is participating in other clinical trials within 1 month.
