研究目的：

探讨中医药疗法诊疗慢性荨麻疹的有效性及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Real-world effectiveness and safety of TCM for Chronic urticaria.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合慢性荨麻疹诊断标准以及中医证型标准； 2.患者年龄6岁以上,男女不限； 3.自愿参加病例注册登记研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Conform to the diagnostic criteria of Western and Chinese medicine for chronic urticaria; 2.The age of 6 years of age or older, men and women not limited; 3.Volunteered to participate in the case registration study and signed an informed consent.

排除标准：

1.遗传血管性水肿； 2.伴有系统性红斑狼疮血液等严重自身免疫性疾病活动期者； 3.孕妇以及哺乳期妇女； 4.其他：精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a combination of pre-existing serious systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic disease or other primary diseases; 2. Patients with hereditary angioedema; 3.Severe mental illness; 4.Pregnant women as well as lactating women.5. Patients with poor compliance, inability to communicate and unable to complete the pre-designed registration information.
