研究目的：

通过临床随机对照研究，观察推拿手法联合功法治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的临床疗效，提供证据支持。通过生物力学方法筛选合适的功法动作，为导引功法治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的临床决策提供证据支持。通过该研究将中医非药物治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的方案优化，提高临床中医诊疗水平。

Objectives of Study：

Through clinical randomized controlled study, we observed the clinical efficacy of combined manipulation and treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain and provided evidence support. Screening appropriate exercises by biomechanical methods provides evidence support for clinical decision-making in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain. Through this study, TCM non-drug treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain was optimized to improve the level of clinical TCM diagnosis and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄在20-60岁之间，男女不限； ②反复的腰部或(及)腰骶部疼痛病史，无特异性脊柱病变和神经根症状； ③病程≥3个月； ④X线和(或)CT、MRI等未见明显异常； ⑤所有患者在试验期间均能从事工作。 ⑥自愿加入本试验，并签署“知情同意书”者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 20-60 years old, male or female; 2. Repeated lumbar or (and) lumbosacral pain history, no specific spinal lesions and nerve root symptoms; 3. Course of disease >=3 months; 4. X lines and/or CT, MRI, etc. showed no obvious abnormalities; 5. All patients were able to work during the trial period; 6. Those who voluntarily join the trial and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①既往有腰椎外伤及手术史； ②影像学所见有脊柱骨质肿瘤、结核、骨质疏松等患者； ③神经系统阳性体征； ④合并心血管、脑血管、造血、消化系统等严重疾病或精神病患者； ⑤妊娠期及哺乳期妇女； ⑥不宜进行核磁共振检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of lumbar trauma and surgery; 2. Imaging findings of patients with spinal bone tumors, tuberculosis, osteoporosis; 3. Positive signs of the nervous system; 4. Combined with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic, digestive system and other serious diseases or mental patients; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Should not be used for MRI.
