研究目的：

探究耳穴贴压联合中医芳香疗法对改善在校本科生考前考研焦虑和睡眠质量的干预效果、协同作用、可行性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Investigating the intervention effects and synergistic effects and feasibility and safety of auricular acupressure combined with traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy on improving pre-postgraduate entrance test qnxiety and sleep quality in undergraduate students

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）便利选取南方医科大学的在校本科生；（2）有明确考研意向并正在准备参加 2025 年全国硕士研究生招生考试；（3）《考前考研焦虑量表》总分数高于 32 分（即有考前考研焦虑）；（4）自愿参加本次研究，并能够配合完成干预研究和独立完成问卷调查。

Inclusion criteria

(1) undergraduate students enrolled in Southern Medical University will be facilitated to be selected (2) they have a clear intention and are preparing to take the postgraduate entrance test in China in December 2024 (3) the total score of pre-postgraduate entrance test anxiety is higher than 32 which means they have pre-postgraduate entrance test qnxiety (4) they voluntarily take part in this study and are able to cooperate with the completion of the intervention study and the completion of the questionnaires independently.

排除标准：

(1) 近 3 个月内已参加过类似考前考研焦虑干预研究；(2) 有严重心理疾病或精神疾病史；(3) 对本研究使用的耳穴贴压或中医芳香疗法材料过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) have participated in a similar pre-postgraduate entrance test qnxiety intervention study within the last 3 months; (2) have a history of serious psychological or psychiatric illness; and (3) are allergic to the auricular acupressure or TCM aromatherapy materials used in this study.

干预 3 个疗程， 每个疗程 5 天，共 15 天。 具体是指导被试将香囊挂于床头，每晚睡前时嗅闻。

取穴：神门、皮质下、内分泌、心、肝、肾；干预 3 个疗程，每个疗程 5 天，共 15 天。指导被试者用食指、拇指相对按压耳穴，垂直均匀用力， 以耳穴有压痛感为宜，依次循环刺激每个穴位，每天早晚各一次，一次 5min。

Acupuncture points: Shenmen, subcortical, endocrine, heart, liver, kidney; 3 courses of intervention, 5 days for each course, 15 days in total. The subjects were instructed to press the ear acupoints with their index fingers and thumbs relative to each other exerting vertical and even pressure to the extent that the ear acupoints felt painful and to stimulate each acupoint in turn once in the morning and once in the evening for 5 minutes each

由一名主要研究人员使用Excel软件随机生成180个随机数，使每个招募对象获得一个随机数，后对随机数进行排序，1-60名进入耳穴贴压组，61-120名进入中医芳香治疗组，121-180名进入联合组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

One hundred and eighty random numbers will be randomly generated by one of the principal investigators using Excel software so that each recruited subject will be given a random number after which the random numbers will be sorted with 1-60 going into the auricular acupressure group 61-120 going into the TCM aromatherapy group and 121-180 going into the combined group.

Using the General Information Questionnaire the Pre-Test Examination Anxiety Scale the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale the incidence of adverse effects and the self-administered Intervention Experience Evaluation Scale and entered into SPSS AU software for analysis and storage.
