研究目的：

1.通过临床调查归纳恶性肿瘤患者CRF的中医证候，总结出CRF中医证候规律； 2.通过实验室检测，探究CRF不同证候与客观指标的相关性，为CRF微观与宏观辨证相结合提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

1. Summarize the TCM syndromes of CRF patients with malignant tumors through clinical investigations, and summarize the rules of CRF TCM syndromes; 2. Through laboratory testing, we explore the correlation between different CRF syndromes and objective indicators, and provide a basis for the combination of CRF micro and macro syndrome differentiation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 活检、病理或细胞学明确诊断为恶性肿瘤，分期不限； 2. 符合(ICD-10)中癌因性疲乏诊断标准者； 3. 年龄≥18岁，性别不限； 4. KPS≥60分； 5. 患者知情，同意参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Biopsy, pathology or cytology confirmed the diagnosis of malignant tumor, and the stage was not limited; 2. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of cancer-related fatigue (ICD-10); 3. Aged >= 18 years, no gender limits; 4. KPS >= 60 points; 5. Patients were informed, agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 近1个月有外科治疗等重大的外伤损害； 2. 合并心、肝、肾等系统严重疾病者； 3. 患者有严重认知障碍，无法填写量表者； 4. 患者依从性差，无法合作者； 5. 不知晓病情者； 6. 有精神系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. In the past one month, there were major trauma such as surgical treatment; 2. Patients with serious diseases of heart, liver and kidney; 3. The patients had severe cognitive impairment and could not fill in the scale; 4. Patients with poor compliance, unable to cooperate; 5. Patients who do not know the disease; 6. Patients with mental system diseases.

通过科研、慢病管理一体化的信息化云平台进行数据管理。该平台用户包括医生、患者、研究和统计分析人员、数据管理人员、随访人员，支持基于浏览器使用。 该注册登记研究平台由5个子系统组成，子系统间的数据能实现实时交互和对话，具体包括：微信医患连接功能、电子数据采集（EDC）和随访系统、数据监查管理功能、电话随访功能和数据分析和共享功能，通过主动采集和图像采集的方式进行数据采集。 相关检验检查报告单医生、患者均可拍照上传。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Conduct data management through an integration of scientific research and chronic disease on cloud platform by a browser-based interface, whose users including doctor, patient, researcher, statistics analyzer, data management professional, follow up. The platform consists of five subsystems. The data between subsystems can realize real-time interaction and dialogue: Wechat doctor-patient communication, EDC& follow-up system,data monitoring& management, telephone follow-up, and data analysis& sharing. The data acquisition is realized through active acquisition and image acquisition. Both patient and doctor can upload pictures of related patient's inspection or laboratory reports.
