研究目的：

（1）评价DSPI脉搏及其特定皮肤检测的稳定性与重现性。 （2）通过中医临床不同刺激结果与DSPI对应性研究，评价该设备在不同皮肤条件下、不同时间点的一致性、稳定性和重现性。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Evaluation of DSPI for Pulse Detection and Stability/Reproducibility on Specific Skin. (2) By employing different stimulations, comparing the DSPI detection results with traditional Chinese pulse diagnosis, evaluating the device's consistency, stability, and reproducibility under various skin conditions and at different time points.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄20-30岁，男女不限。 （2）健康受试者的定义为在病史、生命体征、体格检查等方面均正常或轻度异常但无临床意义、或研究者判断认为合格者。 （3）受试者自愿签署书面的知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age range of 20-30 years, both males and females are eligible. (2) Healthy subjects are defined as individuals with normal or mildly abnormal medical history, vital signs, physical examination, etc., without clinical significance, or those deemed qualified by the researcher's judgment. (3) Subjects voluntarily sign a written informed consent form

排除标准：

（1）被测者双侧腕部寸口脉诊部位有破溃、疤痕等损伤或有穿刺史者。 （2）女性在测试当日适逢月经期。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Exclusion criteria include subjects with injuries such as open wounds, scars, or a history of puncture at the radial artery pulse measurement sites on both wrists. (2) Female participants who are menstruating on the day of the test are excluded.
