研究目的：

（1）阐明青少年轻中度抑郁症患者肠道菌群结构的差异，并分析其与抑郁症状严重程度之间的相关性。（2）明确针刺调理胃肠治疗青少年轻中度抑郁症的临床疗效，并分析肠道菌群结构变化特征。（3）探讨针刺调理胃肠治疗青少年轻中度抑郁症的可能机制。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To elucidate the differences in the structure of intestinal flora in adolescents with mild to moderate depression and to analyze the correlation between them and the severity of depressive symptoms. (2) To clarify the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and gastrointestinal toning in the treatment of mild to moderate depression in adolescents, and to analyze the characteristics of structural changes of intestinal flora. (3) To explore the possible mechanisms of acupuncture and gastrointestinal conditioning in the treatment of mild to moderate depression in adolescents.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

符合上述诊断标准；年龄在12-18岁；意识清楚，生命体征平稳，具备一定表达力;汉密尔顿抑郁量表( HAMD) 总分在20-35 分之间的轻中度抑郁症患者；经本院伦理委员会审批，同意签署试验知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who met the above diagnostic criteria; aged 12-18 years; conscious, with stable vital signs and some expressiveness; patients with mild to moderate depression with a Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score between 20-35; and those who agreed to sign the informed consent form after approval by the ethics committee of the hospital.

排除标准：

由其他器质性病变引发的继发性抑郁症患者; 患有严重心、肝、肺、肾功能障碍或严重疾病及有传染性疾病者; 处于妊娠期或哺乳期的青少年女性; 评估前2周服用抗生素、类固醇、免疫抑制剂等药物；有严重自杀自虐倾向者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with secondary depression caused by other organic pathologies; those with severe heart, liver, lung or kidney dysfunction or serious diseases and those with infectious diseases; adolescent females in pregnancy or breastfeeding; those taking antibiotics, steroids, immunosuppressants, etc. 2 weeks prior to the assessment; those with severe suicidal self-abusive tendencies.
