研究目的：

观察电针对全膝关节置换术后患者肌力的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture on muscle strength of patients after total knee arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄 55-80 岁，性别不限； （2）诊断为骨关节炎，住院择期在全麻下行单侧膝关节置换手术病例，无手术禁 忌症，同意参加本试验； （3）美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级为 I 或 II 级。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 55-80 years old; (2) diagnosed as osteoarthritis, the patients who underwent unilateral knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia had no contraindication and agreed to participate in this trial; (3) the (ASA) classification of the American Association of Anesthesiologists is I or II.

排除标准：

（1）梁丘穴、足三里穴、阴陵泉穴、血海穴位出皮损而无法施行针刺； （2）术前已有深静脉血栓或下肢肿胀； （3）严重心律失常、心力衰竭、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、癫痫、精神疾病； （4）一月内曾行针刺治疗

Exclusion criteria：

(1) there is no acupuncture at Liangqiu point, Zusanli point, Yinlingquan point and Xuehai point; (2) there is deep venous thrombosis or lower limb swelling before operation; (3) severe arrhythmia, heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, epilepsy, Mental illness; (4) Acupuncture treatment within one month.

在 SPSS 软件上产生包括 94个随机数字的随机序列，其中每四个随机数字为一 个区组。在每一个区组内，按随机号的大小分组，较小的两个为 A 组，较大的两 个为 B 组。94个随机号被等分为 A、B 、C 两组。受试者按照入组的时间顺序 进入相应的组别。A 组：电针组组，B 组：假电针组。

A random sequence of 120 random numbers is generated on SPSS software, in which every four random numbers are a block. Within each block, the smaller two were grouped according to the size of the random number, and the larger two were group B. 94 random numbers were equally divided into A, B
