研究目的：

研究优选的马王堆导引术功法动作对女性压力性尿失禁患者漏尿情况、盆底肌功能以及生活质量改善的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical effect of Mawangdui guidance on urinary leakage, pelvic floor muscle function and improvement of quality of life in female patients with stress urinary incontinence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1） 年龄 20-60 岁女性； （2） 符合压力性尿失禁的临床诊断标准； （3） 自愿参与本研究并签订知情同意书； （4） 无任何认知障碍及精神疾病。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Women aged 20-60 years; (2) Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of stress urinary incontinence; (3) Voluntary participation in the study and the signing of an informed consent form; (4) No cognitive impairment or mental illness.

排除标准：

（1） 合并阴道或盆腔感染者； （2） 盆底疼痛严重及阴道出血者； （3） 装有心脏起搏器者； （4） 盆腔脏器脱垂≥2 度者； （5） 患有泌尿系统疾病， 如肿瘤、 结石及感染的患者； （6） 严重心肺功能障碍者。 注： 具备以上任意一项，不被纳入研究病例。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Complicated with vaginal or pelvic infection; (2) Severe pelvic floor pain and vaginal bleeding; (3) Persons with cardiac pacemakers; (4) The pelvic organ prolapse >= 2 degrees; (5) Patients with urinary diseases such as tumors, stones and infections; (6) Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction.

采用简单随机分为实验组与对照组，根据随机数字表进行，制作随机分配卡片，信封密封后编号，由专人保管，当符合纳入标准的病人进入研究室，按其进入顺序拆开序号相同的信封，根据卡片内的随机数来进行分组和治疗。
