研究目的：

通过比较电针组与假电针组对射频治疗三叉神经痛术后麻木与复发情况，探索电针对神经调控的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical effect of electroacupuncture on nerve regulation by comparing the numbness and recurrence of trigeminal neuralgia after radio frequency treatment between electroacupuncture group and sham electroacupuncture group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

了解相关手术风险后自愿接受CT引导下三叉神经射频热凝术者；年龄在18-80岁；术前NRS≥4分；保守治疗（如药物等）后无效，症状明显影响日常生活及工作者。

Inclusion criteria

The patients who voluntarily received CT-guided radiofrequency thermocoagulation of trigeminal nerve after knowing the relevant surgical risks were 18-80 years old, NRS ≥ 4 before operation, ineffective after conservative treatment (such as drugs, etc.), and the symptoms significantly affected their daily life and workers.

排除标准：

拒绝提供本人相关治疗信息用于科学研究者；穿刺点局部感染或全身感染者；凝血功能障碍或血小板明显减少者；精神障碍或无法正常配合手术者；无法理解相关量表并作出客观病情评价者。

Exclusion criteria：

Refuse to provide relevant treatment information for scientific researchers; puncture point local infection or systemic infection; coagulation dysfunction or obvious thrombocytopenia; mental disorders or unable to cooperate with the operation; those who are unable to understand the relevant scale and make an objective evaluation of the disease.
