研究目的：

从冠心病痰湿证和瘀热证入手，基于患者报告结局，编制冠心病痰湿证和瘀热证PRO量表，为中医药治疗冠心病痰湿证和瘀热证的临床疗效评价提供参考工具。

Objectives of Study：

Establishment and evaluation of PRO scale for patients with phlegm and dampness syndrome and heat stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease, To provide a reference tool for the evaluation of clinical curative effect of TCM in treating phlegm dampness syndrome and heat stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合冠心病痰湿证或瘀热证的患者，以及健康对照组； （2）年龄大于18岁者； （3）男女不限； （4）口齿清楚能正常表述者； （5）愿意参加本研究且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome or blood stasis-heat syndrome of coronary heart disease and healthy control group; (2) Aged over 18 years; (3) Sex are not limited; (4) Who are articulate and can express themselves normally; (5) Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）有意识障碍、智力障碍、精神障碍或聋哑人等不能正确表达自己主观感受者； （2）有精神系统疾病史，如帕金森、癫痫等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who have consciousness disorder, intelligence disorder, mental disorder or deaf-mute can't express their subjective feelings correctly; (2) Have a history of mental system diseases, such as Parkinson's disease and epilepsy.
