研究目的：

本研究通过对散结通络方治疗气虚痰瘀型肺纯磨玻璃结节（pGGN）的临床研究，观察肺pGGN的影像学改变和中医证候积分等指标，客观评价散结通络方对pGGN的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, through the clinical study of Sanjie Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of lung pure ground glass nodule (pGGN) of qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type, we observed the imaging changes of lung pGGN and TCM syndrome score, and objectively evaluated the efficacy and safety of Sanjie Tongluo Decoction on pGGN.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.初诊于我院，符合pGGN诊断，直径5～8mm（包括5mm与8mm），如果有多个结节以最大结节进行评估； 2.年龄在18-65岁，性别不限； 3.符合中医气虚痰瘀诊断标准； 4.病程为确诊pGGN3个月以内。

Inclusion criteria

1. First diagnosed in our hospital, in line with pGGN diagnosis, diameter 5-8mm (including 5mm and 8mm), if there are multiple nodules, use the largest nodule for evaluation; 2. Aged 18-65 years, no gender limit; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of qi deficiency and phlegm stasis in traditional Chinese medicine; 4. The course of the disease is within 3 months of pGGN diagnosis.

排除标准：

1.首次胸部CT提示pGGN同期有明确呼吸道感染情况的； 2.孕妇及有严重心脑血管、肝、肾等其他原发病的； 3.有明确的自身免疫性疾病史的； 4.已经参加其他临床研究的； 5.初诊即确定择期手术的； 6.合并有慢性呼吸系统疾病疾病，如慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺间质纤维化和哮喘患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The first chest CT showed clear respiratory tract infection in pGGN during the same period; 2. Pregnant women and those with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other primary diseases; 3. Have a clear history of autoimmune diseases; 4. Participated in other clinical research; 5. The elective surgery is confirmed at the first diagnosis; 6. Patients with chronic respiratory diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis and asthma.

由医学统计员，运用EPI info软件采取随机数字，应用区组随机的方法，按1比1比例制成随机分配表，将136例患者分入治疗组68例和对照组68例。
