研究目的：

评价五行针灸治疗肿瘤患者失眠的疗效和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of five elements acupuncture and moxibustion in treating insomnia of tumor patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、病理诊断为恶性肿瘤患者，其体力状况ECOG评分0-3分者； 2、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分7分以上者； 3、年龄在18-80岁之间； 4、愿意参与该临床试验，并签署患者知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patients with pathological diagnosis of malignant tumor, whose physical condition ECoG score was 0-3 points; 2. The subjects with Pittsburgh sleep quality index score more than 7; 3. Subjects aged 18-80 years; 4. The subjects who are willing to participate in the clinical trial shall sign the informed consent of the patients.

排除标准：

1、无法进行言语沟通而不能判断五行属性的患者，惧怕或心理上不接受针灸治疗的患者； 2、怀孕、哺乳期妇女或有精神类药物滥用、恶性酗酒、化疗后服用激素导致的失眠患者，重度抑郁症患者； 3、有出血倾向不宜针刺治疗的患者； 4、有心、肺、肝、肾、血液等系统严重疾患，研究者认为不适合入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients who can't communicate with each other and can't judge the five elements, the patients who are afraid or don't accept acupuncture treatment psychologically; 2. Pregnant and lactating women, or patients with insomnia caused by psychotropic substance abuse, malignant alcoholism and taking hormone after chemotherapy, and patients with severe depression; 3. Patients with bleeding tendency should not be treated with acupuncture; 4. Patients with serious diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney, blood and other systems were not suitable for the study.
