研究目的：

观察中医针刺治疗及认知行为治疗干预对失眠障碍患者的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy on insomnia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合《美国精神疾病诊断与统计手册第五版（Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition，DSM-V)》诊断标准。 （2）饮食规律，不嗜烟； （3）未服用过治疗失眠障碍的药物及抗精神病药物。

Inclusion criteria

(1) it is in conformity with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (dsm-v) . (2) regular diet, no smoking; (3) have not taken drugs or antipsychotic drugs for insomnia.

排除标准：

（1）如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、人格障碍、精神发育迟滞等。 （2）有物质依赖或滥用史、精神疾病家族史者； （3）合并严重躯体疾病； （4）MRI、P300扫描禁忌者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, mental retardation. (2) having a history of substance dependence or abuse or a family history of mental illness; (3) severe physical diseases; (4) contraindicated MRI scan;
