探讨针刺疗法治疗脂溢性脱发的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy on seborrheic alopecia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

将符合纳入标准的脂溢性脱发的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予现代医学常规治疗。治疗组给予针刺联合常规治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients with seborrheic alopecia that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The control group was given conventional medical treatment. The treatment group was given acupuncture combined with conventional treatment. Observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.

纳入标准：

① 年龄在18-55岁（中青年），性别不限； ② 符合斑秃和脂溢性脱发西医诊断标准； ③ 符合中医肝郁肾虚型脱发诊断标准； ④ 入组前１个月内未使用其他对本研究结果有影响的药物； ⑤ 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18-55 years old (young and middle-aged), no gender restriction; 2. Meet the western diagnostic criteria for alopecia areata and seborrheic alopecia; 3. Meet diagnostic criteria for alopecia areata of liver stagnation and kidney deficiency type; 4. Patients who did not use other drugs that had an impact on the results of this study within 1 month before enrollment; 5. Patients who willing to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

① 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； ② 其他原因引起的脱发； ③ 严重心肝肾功能不全、精神异常者； ④ 正在参加其他临床研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. With hair loss caused by other reasons; 3. With severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, mental disorders; 4. Subjects who are participating in other clinical studies;
