研究目的：

通过多中心、大样本、随机对照试验，对针灸治疗功能性消化不良、慢性胃溃疡进行疗效评价，进一步规范针灸治疗胃系症候的操作，制定技术操作标准并推广应用，形成针灸治疗胃系症候的专家共识和优化评价方案；在临床有效性的基础上运用神经科学、多组学、生物信息等多项学科交叉、多技术融合方式，全面揭示针灸治疗胃系症候的调节效应机制。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of functional dyspepsia and chronic gastric ulcer through multi-center large sample and randomized controlled trial further standardize the operation of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of gastric syndromes formulate technical operation standards and promote application and form the expert consensus and optimization evaluation plan of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of gastric syndromes; On the basis of clinical effectiveness the author used neuroscience multi-omics bioinformatics and other interdisciplinary and multi-technology fusion methods to fully reveal the regulatory mechanism of acupuncture treatment of gastric syndromes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1: 符合诊断标准 2: 年龄18-75岁，性别不限 3: 近一周未服用过改善胃肠功能药物 4: 患者知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1: Meet the diagnostic criteria 2: Age 18-75 years old gender is not limited 3: have not taken drugs to improve gastrointestinal function recently 4: Patient's informed consent

排除标准：

1: 不符合纳入标准 2: 合并消化系统器质性病变 3: 合并精神疾病、全身感染性疾病、恶性肿瘤者 4: 严重心、脑、肾疾病患者 5: 妊娠或哺乳期女性，以及在研究期内有怀孕计划者 6: 治疗前1周服用其他治疗药物； 7: 存在其他重大器官疾病 8: 有针灸疗法治疗禁忌症者 9: 依从性差，不能按要求配合治疗者

Exclusion criteria：

1: Does not meet the inclusion criteria; 2: Combined with organic diseases of digestive system 3: Patients with mental illness systemic infectious diseases and malignant tumors 4: Patients with serious heart brain and kidney diseases; 5: Pregnant or lactating women and those who planned to become pregnant during the study period; 6: Take other therapeutic drugs 1 week before treatment 7: There are other major organ diseases 8: Patients with contraindications for acupuncture therapy 9: Poor compliance can not cooperate with the treatment as required
