研究目的：

（一）通过“脂肪肝中西医结合管理系统”收集代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者中医证型证素数据及相关实验室及影像学检查结果数据进行分析，辅助临床医生进行患者教育、诊疗方案制定。 （二）通过“脂肪肝中西医结合管理系统”对代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者进行线上生活方式指导及随访管理，评价系统对代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者的干预效果。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Through the "Fatty Liver Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Management System", the data of TCM syndrome types and related laboratory and imaging examination results of patients with metabolic associated fatty liver disease are collected and analyzed, so as to assist clinicians in patient education and the formulation of diagnosis and treatment plans. (2) Online lifestyle guidance and follow-up management for patients with metabolic associated fatty liver disease were carried out through the "Fatty Liver Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Management System", and the intervention effect of the system on patients with metabolic-related fatty liver disease was evaluated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

lifestyle intervention

纳入标准：

1: 性别不限，年龄18-60岁；BMI≥25kg/m2患者；患者会使用智能手机；患者同意参加本次研究，按时接受复查与随访，且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1: Both sexes, aged 18-60 years 2: Patients with a BMI of 25 kg/m2 3: Patients use smartphones 4: The patients agreed to participate in the study, accepted the review and follow-up on time, and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1: 既往诊断传染性肝病、肝硬化及肝癌患者；诊断为糖尿病患者；怀孕及哺乳期妇女；患有其他重大脑血管疾病、肝肾疾病和恶性肿瘤的患者；合并严重呼吸、心、脑等疾病无法完成饮食及运动干预且需要其他治疗的患者；伴随精神心理疾病包括焦虑或抑郁状态患者；研究人员认为存在不适合入选因素的对象。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Previous diagnosis of infectious liver disease, liver cirrhosis and liver cancer 2: Patients diagnosed with diabetes 3: Pregnant and lactating women 4: Patients suffering from other major cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases or malignant tumors 5: Patients with severe respiratory, heart, brain and other diseases who cannot complete diet and exercise intervention and need other treatment 6: Concomitant mental illness including anxiety or depression 7: The researchers found that there were ineligible subjects.
