研究目的：

探讨口腔菌群特征及多重代谢因素对心血管疾病发生风险的影响，筛选心血管疾病1.5级预防对象。同时，还将分析口腔菌群特征及多重代谢因素与亚临床靶器官损害的关联，以进一步优化心血管风险评估体系。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the impact of oral microbiome characteristics and multiple metabolic factors on the risk of developing cardiovascular disease and to identify individuals for 1.5-level prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Additionally the study will analyze the association between oral microbiome characteristics multiple metabolic factors and subclinical target organ damage to further optimize the cardiovascular risk assessment system.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁； （2）自愿签署知情同意书； （3）可长期随访。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥ 18 years; (2) Voluntary signing of the informed consent form; (3) Ability for long-term follow-up.

排除标准：

（1）CVD病史，包括冠心病、心力衰竭、脑卒中、外周动脉疾病； （2）严重肝肾功能障碍； （3）癌症或预期寿命＜5年； （4）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （5）精神或认知障碍等无法配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of CVD including coronary heart disease heart failure stroke or peripheral arterial disease; (2) Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; (3) Cancer or life expectancy < 5 years; (4) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (5) Individuals with mental or cognitive impairments that prevent cooperation.
