研究目的：

评估激光针灸治疗乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of laser acupuncture treatment on breast cancer related lymphedema

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1)有乳腺癌病史的女性; 2)有乳房切除术史或伴辅助化疗/放疗的女性；3）年龄超过18岁; 4）轻度至中度淋巴水肿（与未受影响的手臂相比，平均周径增加2-8厘米）

Inclusion criteria

1)females who had a history of breast cancer;2)had a history of mastectomy with or without adjuvant chemotherapy/ radiotherapy; 3)age over 18 years; 4)mild to moderate lymphedema (2-8 cm increase on the average circumference compared to the unaffected arm).

排除标准：

1）严重淋巴水肿（与未受影响的手臂相比，平均周径增加超过8厘米）; 2）孕妇或计划怀孕; 3）上肢水肿是由锁骨下静脉血栓形成或狭窄引起的; 4）具有慢性炎症性疾病或严重创伤史，如肿瘤转移的蜂窝织炎，静脉血栓形成; 5）激光针灸禁忌症， 如光敏性疾病，感染或皮肤破损;

Exclusion criteria：

1)serious lymphedema, >8 cm increase on the average circumference compared to the unaffected arm); 2)in pregnancy or pregnancy preparation; 3)the upper limb edema was caused by thrombosis or stenosis of the subclavian vein; 4)with a history of chronic inflammatory disease or severe trauma, such as cellulitis of tumor metastasis, venous thrombosis; 5)contraindications for laser radiation, such as photosensitivity disorders, infections, or broken skin;

A masked researcher, not involved in the trial, will generated a random allocation sequence by a ratio of 1:1 using a permuted block design by a computer random-number generator; then eligible cases will be randomly and equally divided into a laser acupuncture group and a control group
