研究目的：

（1）建立MS双向队列，开展中医药一体化干预疗效评价研究，构建生物样本库及临床数据库，探究中医药一体化通过调节能量代谢和内皮损伤改善家族遗传性MS伴心脑血管事件的作用机制。 （2）建立MS世代队列，开展宏基因/外显子及多组学检测，明确MS心脑血管事件的家族遗传性特征。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To establish a bi-directional MS cohort conduct an evaluation study on the efficacy of integrated Chinese medicine interventions and construct a biobank and a clinical database to investigate the mechanism of integrated Chinese medicine in modulating energy metabolism and endothelial damage to improve the cardiovascular and cerebral vascular events of MS with familial hereditary predisposition. (2) To establish a MS generational cohort conduct macro gene/exon and multi-omics testing and clarify the family hereditary characteristics of MS with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.

No drug intervention or treatment regimen intervention

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18周岁； ②符合MS诊断标准； ③签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥18 years old; ② Meet the diagnostic criteria of MS; ③ Signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

①未能完成检测项目或临床信息不全的患者； ②严重肝肾功能不全的患者； ③合并其他应激情况或严重感染； ④有精神障碍，无法独立回答问题； ⑤长期卧床无完全行动能力者或有严重躯体疾病无法配合者； ⑥拒绝接受随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients who failed to complete the test items or whose clinical information was incomplete; ② Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; ③ Combined with other stress or serious infection; ④ Have a mental disorder unable to answer questions independently; ⑤Those who have been in bed for a long time without full mobility or who have serious physical diseases and cannot cooperate; ⑥ Patients who refuse to be followed up.
